Katanox is looking for a Sales leader to lead our global commercial efforts, with a focus on bringing in Demand side partners (eg. neobanks, Travel Management Companies, and expense platforms). In this role you will lead by example, build a team from the ground up, deliver on ambitious targets, and roll your sleeves up to work directly with customers - you will need to hit the ground running.
We are looking for an autonomous leader and networker who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, operating in a high-growth environment, building high-performing teams and solving problems with limited oversight. Ideal candidates have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, and have first-class analytical, communication and relationship-building skills.
