About the job

We are looking for a collaborative and organized Partner Onboarding and Support Specialist. In this critical role, you will ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for our accommodation partners while managing and maintaining our partner program and support resources.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the entire partner onboarding process, including developing and implementing onboarding programs, materials, and workflows.

  • Conduct onboarding meetings and product tours for new partners.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, product) to guarantee a seamless onboarding journey for partners.

  • Identify and implement improvements to optimize the partner onboarding process.

  • Manage and develop the Katanox Accommodation Partner Program.

  • Create and maintain our knowledge base and supporting content (guides and tutorials) for our accommodation partners and the internal Accommodation Partners Support Team.

  • Take ownership of the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new features and functionalities, ensuring successful partner

    adoption.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in partner onboarding and support.

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • Experience with knowledge base creation and management.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in the travel and hospitality industry is a plus.
