About the role
As the Head of Post Sales Engineering, you will be expected to take a hands-on approach of all go-live projects of Katanox, diving into the technical and operational details of our product. You will be the primary point of contact for our buyers and suppliers product and technical teams after the agreement has been signed. This includes personally leading implementation efforts, resolving complex technical challenges, and ensuring seamless integration across all teams. Your willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and engage directly in both strategic and tactical execution will be crucial for driving operational excellence.
The purpose of the role is to support buyers and suppliers going live in the Katanox platform and start trading.
In this role, you will work on diverse projects that encompass buyers and suppliers' specific needs and besides knowing the Katanox platform deeply you will work with various hotel connectivity solutions, including property management systems, central reservation systems, corporate booking tools and consumer booking tools. By leveraging your technical insight, product knowledge and business sense, you will play an essential role in guaranteeing a smooth implementation process and maintaining open lines of communication with our buyers and suppliers technical teams and our internal teams.
In sync with Katanox growth you will establish a team of technical and sales support specialists to guide our partners and customers to take their applications to production with the Katanox hospitality trading and financial regulated product suite.
